It is my passion to help people and be part of their everyday achievements to meet their weight loss goals and reach excellence in health. My story is simple I have worked-out to extreme fatigue and deterioration. I had over 15 pounds of weight that no matter how hard I worked-out and ate right couldn’t get rid off. Let me explain, I worked-out 7 days a week and was on a constant diet… but it never made a difference in my weight. I was 137 lbs and 28% body fat. Last year I went down to 117 lbs and 25% body fat, but I quickly realized that in order to keep my weight off I will have to be a gym rat and eat like a bird.. NO WAY!!! I was physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted. What happened next is I gained it all back as soon as I lowered my work-out intensity and got off the diet.
I found TLK Wellness and I realized that I no longer have to work myself to death or be on a diet for life. Now, I want to do the same for you at whatever level you are today. I want to help you gain control over your weight and health and never again struggle. That’s why I join TLK Wellness and today I am a Fat Loss Coach.
I am a Florida Native, I graduated from University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance & Marketing in 1998. I further my education by obtaining my Master’s in 2007 from Nova Southwastern University in Conflict Analysis & Resolution. I am looking forward to be “Your Fat Loss Coach” because it will be my pleasure to help you and your friends and family to lose weight and restore you to ultimate health.
