Starting phase 2 of my life with a major body transformation. Lost 61 lbs in 2005. Losing the excess body fat allowed my to really see results from lifting. Big motivating factor! Jan 2007 I lost my job of 11 years and did not find work until Feb 2008. My training really suffered and all the progress I made was lost.
I am making 2010 the restart of my journey. I've learned alot over the years from different trainers I've used, reading books, magazines and by just asking advice in the gym. I'm still very much a work in progress and have a ways to go, but I'm determined to do it....I feel great
