- I'm a licensed massage therapist in Hollywood, Florida, wife and mother of an 8 years old boy. In my quest for better health I became a massage therapist and have slowly incorporated a healthier lifestyle. For many years I have worked out at home and at the gym while incorporating nutrition. Close to six months ago I decided to become a Vegetarian, after learning the negative effects of the consumption of chicken. With the change of nutrition, I also lost 13 lbs. that was a big plus for me. I'm now researching ways to keep myself healthy internally and my exterior.
