Ingredients:
- 2 pound extra-lean ground turkey breast
- 2 slices bread made into breadcrumbs
- 1 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 2/3 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 cup minced onion
Preparation:
- Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Divide mixture into eight and form eight 1/2-inch thick patties.
- Grill turkey burgers for 5-6 minutes per side, to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Grill bun lightly
- Add tomotoes, lettuce, onion after grilling for toppings, garnish
