Also, you will learn about how different foods affect the body in ways you would have never expected. Rather than spending 30 bucks at the book store trying to find a book/books that will somewhat explain wellness, anti aging, preventing/dealing with diseases, this book is just 11 dollars and gives you the unbiased information, the facts that will actually matter to you! if you think the articles on this site are great, wait till you check the book out. rather than going out and consuming a greasy lunch meal for 10 dollars, spend it on this book and begin bettering yourself!
