K-OTIC Taste: A good fruit punch taste with a fizz, similar to, but not as strong as Alka-Seltzer’s fizz.
K-OTIC Energy Effects: I started feeling an energy increase around thirty minutes after taking K-OTIC, without the jitteriness one might expect after taking a caffeinated product like VPX's Redline, or other well-known energy shot products.
K-OTIC Sustained Effects: I had increased energy during my entire workout and after.
K-OTIC After Effects (crash): All-American EFX’s K-OTIC did not have any crashing effects. Matter of fact, my energy level was elevated throughout the rest of the day.

The Anabolic Strength & Muscle Building formula contains Kre-Alkalyn (a pH bufferred creatine monohydrate). These pH buffered creatine compounds raise levels of ATP inside the body, supplying muscles with added stores of energy.
