  • Drink a glass of water immediately upon waking
  • If you do not need to get up in the middle of the night to pee, drink a glass of water before bed
  • Drink a glass of water both before and after working out
  • Carry a water bottle and take small sips of water during ANY physical activity
  • Minimize caffeine intake, like coffeee, teas and colas which can dehydrate your body

 If you become thirsty, you are already dehydrated.

Your best gauge is the color of your urine: if your urione is darker than a pale yellow, there is a good chance that you may not be staying adequately hydrated.
