Oh my word. What kind of workout DVD does cardio 1 then cardio 2 then goes into the strength 1 and strength 2. I was under the impression you did phase 1 them moved up to phase 2. I think I need to figure out if I can program it to do phase 1 only. Oh and I am really tired out squats! My legs are killing me!
